Petit rappel avant de débuter… La rénovation va être réalisée avec le maximum de matériaux écologiques, de proximités et éthiques (dans le sens de donner du travail à des gens du coin…). Bien sûr, il y a mille et une meilleur solution mais c’est un mixte (selon moi et mes connaissances) entre le coût (j’ai 22 ans tout de même, pas de budget illimité…), la facilité de mise en place (c’est moi qui fait tout, ou presque…) et la qualité (durabilité, esthétique, confort,…)… Bref, à chacun ces choix… Je vais cependant essayer d’évoquer tout au long de la rénovation, les autres choix qui auraient pu s’imposer… Sur ceux, passons au plan…
En premier lieux, le plan de masse de la maison…
Globalement, vous remarquerez que le terrain (150 m²) est en long et comprendra une aire d’accueil en pavés (granit?), une terrasse en bois (lame de chataignier), du gazon, un cabanon (rangement des outils, du bois), une cuve de récupération des eaux de pluies (pour alimenter les toilettes, un robinet et le lave linge), un espace pour le potager (dont une serre) et un espace « libre » pour construire un atelier… Bien entendu, le projet actuel est un peu modifié mais ca donne une idée…

La maison se compose tant qu’à elle de deux étages…
Vous trouverez au rez de chaussé un salon, une cuisine, une arrière cuisine (ou la grotte!), les toilettes, moult placards, un poêle à bois et un escalier…

Et vous trouverez au second étage deux chambres (8,5 et 12 m²) disposant d’un grand placard chacun, un palier/mezzanine, une salle de bain et une pièce de lecture/bureau/chambre d’ami(e)s…
